Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched once a week.

    As a micro business Jessica takes on all the roles and this can include printing orders when stock is low. Your understanding and patience is apprechiated.

    If orders are urgent we recommend selecting the express shipping option.

  • Once orders are dispatched delivery times differ depending on location and postage selection.

    Please Note: Postage delays can occur during peak periods.

  • We have included discounted flat rate shipping costs for standard and express shipping within Australia.

    Standard $6.95

    Express $12.95

    Smaller items like stickers, bookmarks and cards may be eligible to be posted as a letter for $3.50 within Australia.

    Please refer to the checkout for exact postage amounts.

  • All orders are made, processed and dispatched from our Melbourne Studio.

  • Head to the contact page and let us know if an order is urgent. Once notified we will flag the order and dispatch ASAP.

    We receomend selecting the express postage option so your order gets to you sooner.

    We also have a free pick up option at markets or studio if availability allows.

  • Yes once selected and order you can email and let Jessica know your pick up preferences.

    Picking up at an upcoming event/market is recommended. Just let Jessica know in advance which event you will be attending.

    Or contactless pickup can be organised at Jessica’s Studio. Information will be provided once date and time are confirmed. This is subject to avaliblity.

Returns & Refunds

  • If your oder has arrived damaged due to postage please contact us ASAP with images of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement, refund or store credit.

    The refund period is within 14 days of receiving your order.

    We do our best to make sure your order is packaged safely and in the best condition upon dispatch.

  • As a handmade micro business we are unable to accept change of mind returns.

    Being handmade Jessica makes sure products are printed and produced to the highest of quality with the best materials.

    If you’d like to see products before you buy we recommend attending an upcoming market of visiting a stockist store.

  • Original artworks being on off unique pieces can not be refunded. They are considered final sale.
